Reported sales up 6.5% year over year; organic sales up 7.1%
Acquisitions contributed 2.5%
Currency reduced sales (3.1)%
Updates fiscal 2022 Diluted EPS guidance to $7.74 - $8.14; Adjusted EPS guidance to $9.30 - $9.70
